We've had carpet installed twice by Renaissance and both experiences were wonderful. They have an extensive selection of carpets and everyone we've worked with there has been knowledgeable about which options would be right for us. We've never been pressured to spend more than we wanted to, and have gotten a great value from their services. The first installation was for carpeting in part of our basement (pre-COVID). After a few months and one rambunctious kitten, we had some loose threads along the seam and called to have this repaired...well, then COVID hit and we cancelled the appointment and kind of forgot about the whole thing. Fast forward to about a month ago when we wanted to install carpet in our sunroom. I mentioned that we would also (finally!) like that seam repaired, and they ended up doing this free of charge without even a second thought about it! I was pleasantly surprised by this, and even more surprised to find that the repair is so seamless that I would never even know there was an issue at all. Very high quality work! We love the new carpet in our sunroom as well - both installations have gone smoothly, communication is great, and follow-up is also thorough. We will continue to use Renaissance for our needs and recommend them highly!
Our experience with Renaissance Floor and Carpet was terrific, from measuring and estimate to installation. The installers worked very hard for two days on this large job of 3 rooms, three hallways and stairs. Their work was meticulous. Bassir at Renaissance was excellent to work with. I highly recommend this company.
We had a good experience with our salesperson Chris. The crew came today as scheduled to remove old carpet and padding and install new. They did a great job. The carpet looks really good.
Every time I dig my toes into my beautiful purple runner I am reminded of what turned out to be a pleasant experience working with Renaissance. First of all, their carpet options are delightful. Latif made the selection process itself quite convenient and engaging. When there was a hiccup in the installation process, both he and Amir worked with me to my satisfaction. At the end of the day, they take customer satisfaction to the PLUSHY mat!
Amir really knows his stuff. He helped us select the right carpet and baseboard for our house and showed us all the best ways to install it. His installers came on time, were really courteous and helpful and did a wonderful job. They even helped us put all our stuff back together. It all looks great and feels terrific.

We are redoing our family room and wanted carpeting for it and found Renaissance after looking at their good reviews on Google and Yelp. We went to the showroom and met Latif, told him what we needed, and he pointed us in the right direction for what we are looking for. A few days later, he came over with samples and offered some helpful suggestions. We had a lot of other work to do in our family room before we were ready for the carpeting, and Latif was very flexible with our schedule. When it came time for the installation, his team came and was quiet, fast, efficient, and clean. They also wore masks and took safety seriously. We are happy to add our 5 star review to the many others, and plan on using Renaissance and Latif in the future for our flooring needs in other rooms.

From start to finish, Renaissance Floor was absolutely fantastic! From the very first phone call to get an estimate, Amir was extremely helpful and detailed. His crew (Jose & Juan) ripped out our entire main floor, which included the entrance, study, living/dining rooms, powder room, closets, kitchen and sunroom, all of varying materials (hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet). We also had our old carpeted staircase redone with new wood flooring. They did an extraordinarily incredible job of reducing squeaks...even going to the extent of opening up the plywood subfloors to investigate the cause of the squeaks. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew. For the entire week they were at our home, they arrived just before 8 am and left around 5 pm. Jose and Juan were polite, clean (and very safety conscientious around our two small children) and didn't play any music whatsoever (unlike our kitchen contractors who played very loud rock music). Amir also visited and checked on how things were going on the first day and made a special trip for the staircase flooring installation. After all the floors were done, the crew spent about 1/2 hour vacuuming the mess and dust...it was so clean afterwards! Our in-store experience was wonderful as well. Amir and another store associate made us all (including our kids) feel very welcome and patiently showed us samples and taught us a lot about the different types and styles of each sample. Amir gave us a very fair price that included removal, disposal and installation. We would highly recommend Renaissance Floor to anyone looking for a great buying experience, a highly professional installation experience, and beautiful and detail-oriented results! The staff at Renaissance Floor were very friendly, professional and accommodating.I experienced several set backs due to delays with mold remediation work and I needed to postpone my floor install date on more than one occasion. Amir and Latif were very patient, understanding and willing to work with my needs. They happily rescheduled my appointment and even increased the number of the install crew to make sure they were done by the time I requested. I went to Renaissance based on seeing the results of their work on my neighbor's home. They were very easy to work with, very informative, no high pressure, hard sell or upsell, and I was also please they didn't try pushing the cheap line from a good name company. I had a million questions, answers were direct and informative. I was surprised by the reasonable price; I was expecting it to cost more. I was pleased with the installation in my home. The floors were delivered as scheduled and installation time was on the low end of the range quoted. A friend who had floors installed a year earlier asked me who had done my floors. He decided to recommend Renaissance to someone else, based on my floors rather the company he used; He liked the installation work on my floor better than his own. We are happy with all aspects of the purchase and installation and are considering having the upstairs done sometime in the future.
Latif came to our house with multiple samples. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. We had a custom designed runner put on our stairs. The installers were very skilled and courteous. They made scheduling everything very easy as well.
We found just the right carpet we were looking for at Renaissance.service and communication were great the price was ok the installers were on time and cleaned up pretty good , Latif was always there inspecting .
Wonderful experience, from start to finish. Latif was incredibly friendly and helpful when we stopped in the showroom, and we walked out with our floors ordered same-day. The only snag we hit was regarding scheduling the install, but it got worked out fairly easily and were then installed within the week. The price was very fair, the installers did fantastic work, and we are incredibly happy with the final product. I would recommend them a million times over!
We were very satisfied with our experience. We got good recommendations from Latif on affordable and nice carpeting options, and he also helped us out with a little section of laminate flooring for a washing machine closet. All-around good experience, and would work with them again!

After a bit of shopping around, we ended up working with Renaissance to do LVT in our basement. They were a complete pleasure to work with. Totally reliable, reasonable in their pricing, and absolutely dedicated to doing a great job. The installation actually required more 'prep work' on the cement floor than they included in their original estimate, but - because they wanted to assure a great result, they did the extra work without any additional cost to us and honored their original estimate. The floor looks great. They were truly terrific.

We had Renaissance re-do all the hardwood floors in our living room, dining room and an adjacent study. Initially, we did not know the best way to approach the job. We had a bit of damage on the original flooring and thought we might need to replace the entire floor. Latif made some suggestions that saved us thousands of dollars and he won our confidence because it was clear he knew the trade very well. The end product was fabulous. They replaced the damaged section and then re-did our existing flooring so that it looks like a brand new house. The work crew was efficient, friendly and went the extra mile to satisfy us, the customer. It is rare to have such a good experience with a contractor. Mr Latif was very prompt and nice in coming to do the laminate estimate and gave me a good price for installation. Alfonso and his crew were prompt everyday in doing the installation. Renaissance Floor and Carpet installed an engineered hardwood floor (luxury vinyl) in our kitchen, foyer and bathroom. They were very professional from start to finish. They came and completed the work in one day. The workers cleaned up after they were done. The floor is beautiful and we have had a lot of positive comments from family and friends. In our remodeling project, Renaissance Flooring had to remove existing tile, hardwood, and carpets and then install 1100 sq ft of hardwood floor and shoe moulding. Renaissance was very responsive throughout the sales process in helping us select the best value flooring. They were very considerate in the installation effort and had good attention to detail. We are quite satisfied with Renaissance Flooring and believe that they are a very good value for the money.
We replaced the entire house with new carpet and they did a great job. We spoke with Armin and he helped us pick out the best rug for every room and the stairs. We appreciated his expertise in picking out the carpet and we are very happy with the durability and how they look. This included recommended highly durable carpet for the kids play room and plush carpet for the bedrooms. They also did the stairs and it looks great. I would highly recommend this company.

I remodeled my entire first floor using Renaissance Floors to install the new oak floors throughout. My entire experience from the first visit to their showroom to the completion of the job was wonderful. I worked with Latif who amazingly was always available within minutes via text throughout the entire process. He advised me on the selection, answered questions from other contractors during the process, and dealt gracefully and effectively with some surprises they encountered in the the installation process. I had to delay installation several times due to other issues with my project and Latif was always able to work with me on the schedule. The installation team was professional and clearly very experienced. I also had the remaining carpet on the 2nd floor re-stretched. My new floors are gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. My painter even commented on the quality of the installation compared to what he often sees. I will use Latif and Renaissance for any of the my flooring needs in the future and highly recommend them.

I invested a lot of energy approaching different contractors about replacing our kitchen floor and could have saved myself much time and effort. We used Renaissance Floor and Carpet to replace every floor surface in our house, to include carpet, luxury vinyl and marble. Our project expert was Latif who guided us through product selection, design, measurement and installation. After narrowing down possible selections in the showroom, Latif came to our house with several samples so we could evaluate colors and textures in our home environment. He carefully measured each space and created a detailed project drawing for estimation and installation purposes. Installation was completed in two phases: second floor and then the first floor. Each team that came to our house during the installation phase was professional, courteous, efficient and expert in every aspect. Each team arrived on time each day they were scheduled.
